In this profound 12 day trip, we will journey along the Nile River and visit many ancient temples and sacred sites, experiencing the profound wisdom and healing energies of ancient Egypt. We will explore the meaning of the initiations and spiritual training at these sites and how they can transform us in this time. We will travel along the Nile River, moving with the longest river in the world, and visiting the sacred temples and experiencing how these activate the energies of the chakras, ending with the activation of the crown chakra at the Great Pyramid in Cairo.
The ancient Egyptians were advanced in their understanding of architecture, technology, healing and spirituality. We will visit temples where they healed with sound and the energy of light. We will visit the Great Pyramid and temples with precise alignments to specific stars and to the cardinal directions. We will discover the secret messages encoded in the sacred geometry and precise alignments of these sites. Some of these messages in stone were left for us in this time to guide us now in this profound time of transition and transformation on the Earth.
There will be time to experience the sites, to meditate and to deepen your own healing and transformation as we share in this sacred journey together.
This trip will be facilitated by Heather Ensworth and Kristina Lea. Heather is a clinical psychologist, internationally known astrologer, author and teacher. She will share some of the meaning of the astronomical and astrological significance of the sites as well as the profound archetypes and energies of the mythology and spiritual understanding of the ancient Egyptians.
Kristina is a holistic energy practitioner who will guide us in understanding the healing energies of these temples.
Our trip will organized and guided with incredible care by Mohamed Mostafa and his company, Egypt Unlimited Tours.
This special trip will include three private visits: to the Great Pyramid (at the time of the solar eclipse), the Sphinx and the Osirion Temple!

ARCH Life Coach Training:
A Trauma-informed approach — Sep 2023- June 2024

and Kristina Lea (certified Psychosynthesis life coach and energy medicine practitioner)
This program is designed for those who are on a path of healing and want to support others in their healing journeys. This program is especially designed for therapists, healers and coaches but is also open to those who are committed to their own healing and/or therapeutic work and want to learn a holistic model for healing and integration.
This program is about healing on all levels — emotionally, physically, relationally, energetically and spiritually. It is founded on the ARCH model and the book From Trauma to Freedom: One Woman’s Journey and a Holistic Path to Healing.
This model works with the ancient shamanic medicine wheel as a path of self-awareness, healing and integration.
The ARCH model has five core components: Alignment, Relationship, Consciousness, Healing and Integration. It is a way of working through all aspects of healing, of reclaiming your true self and coming into a place of integration, wholeness, freedom and empowerment in your life purpose. This program also incorporates an understanding of the larger shifts that we are in individually and collectively, and the realization that as we heal, we help heal the world and are able to co-create new ways of being.
The program will include online group classes, integration and supervision sessions. It will also include monthly assignments and practice sessions.
Program schedule: 10 months – September 2023 – June 2024
The program will meet 2 Saturdays per month from 1-4pm EST. There will be an addition Sunday session 1-4pm on Sep 10 as we open the program.
